I love leading growth and GTM for AI-native products, from first messaging to live distribution. Happiest in the 0 to 1 problems that don't have a playbook yet.
About
I'm a Product and GTM leader, most fulfilled when I'm building something that doesn't have a playbook yet. 0 to 1 is the challenge I love, and right now I'm heads-down in agentic commerce.
Most of my work lives in agentic commerce and payments... the infrastructure, the checkout agents, and the question of how an agent actually completes a purchase without a buyer ever leaving the experience. I spend a lot of time close to the protocols and rails underneath it: UCP, Google's AP2, Visa's TAP, agentic payment instruments, network tokenization, and the merchant-of-record questions that come with them. I help shape some of that as a member of the Agentic Commerce Consortium.
I also build my own things. Most recently that's Remora, an AI-visibility platform that measures how LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Perplexity mention and recommend brands. It's a category being built in real time, and I like staying close to the parts still getting figured out... which is also why I'm always up for new projects at this edge.
My background is enterprise SaaS... sales, presales, and GTM, which taught me that the gap between a good product and a product people actually adopt is where the interesting work lives. This is where I post longer-form thoughts on GTM, agentic commerce, and whatever else.
